Why YL Products?

This following true statement is going to come as a shock to those who don’t already know but Europe has banned over 1100 toxic ingredients from their products such as lotions, baby products, perfumes, etc. The FDA (US) has banned 11.

Pause.

Let it sink.

Then get mad because fucking why? Confused. You know why Europe smartened up? They realized that the ingredients they banned were causing breathing issues, hormone disruptions, infertility, as many more long term effects they still aren’t sure of.

Let me give you an example, Hydroquinone is an ingredient often found in skin products to help brighten the skin. Europe and Japan have outlawed it due to its cytotoxic nature. Hydroquinone kills cells and chromosomes if it is used too much, which sets the stage for some forms of cancer. While high doses of hydroquinone are banned in the US, prescription level amounts of 4% are readily available. There’s no evidence that this dosage doesn’t lead to cancer, so it makes the most sense to avoid hydroquinone completely.

Go ahead and do your own research as I have, don’t just take my word for it. It’s honestly horrifying and in my personal opinion explains why so many young people are suffering from cancer, asthma, etc. at such young ages. I mean seriously, why else?

It sucks a fat that we can’t trust the FDA and have to really research everything on our own but it’s reality and I am far from perfect but using all YL cleaning products helps me sleep better at night.
