Monthly Oily Business Planning

post 6

If you are a part of this business, you know that the opportunities are endless. If you are just starting off – welcome, you are in for a real treat. We do what we love and we get paid for it. Seriously how amazing is that? I work from the comfort of my own home making my own schedule. It absolutely does not feel like work to me and I am forever grateful I chose this life.

Now these are the ways in which I plan my month. I want to reiterate that this is YOUR business and you can run it however you want! However, I have found that these business basics have helped me to build and create the amazing community I currently have and you know how the old saying goes, if it ain’t broke, don’t try to fix it!

Starting off each month

Each month your OGV goes back to 0. Don’t be discouraged! You’ll get back to where you were and then some. This is why we strive to get our downlines on ER, so that your OGV jumps back up and our downlines keep on ordering. How do you get them on ER? Keep them educated. All they know is the starter kit, right? We know YL is so much more. We will get to sharing in a few.

Now you want to see where you are, where you need to be and how you are going to get there.

How? Log into your account and check out your virtual office. Click on rank qualification. Select which rank you are working towards and scroll down. There you will see how what you need in order to get there. This is also where you can see the commission received for each rank. Take some time to explore your VO guys, there is a plethora of resources and helpful information in there.

Now we plan!

How are you going to get there? Do you need another leg? Set some goals.

Here is an example of how my goals look pretty much every single month. I am currently running for GOLD so I am really focusing on one leg that needs some love and will get me there. Your goals will depend on your rank and where and how you are trying to build, etc.

Regardless of what your goals look like, WRITE THEM DOWN. Seriously hang them on your wall. Mine are in my planner so I come face to face with them every day. I’m a planner freak. Your Virtual Office will keep you on your toes as well as it tells you how much you need to hit each rank for that month per my previous post. I am constantly checking that.
– Sell 6 kits
– Get 10 on ER
– 2 events
– Find another business leg
– Grow gold leg by 2k

Set a date for a class!

That is the hardest part! Keep it simple and have a kit handy so that the people attending can check it out. Don’t want to host alone? Team up with someone who loves oils just as much as you do. Have them invite their friends as well. Whatever you do, JUST DO IT. Even if you do not sell kits, you are staying relevant, keeping people educated, and gaining new prospects. I’ve had a ton of people hop on ER at my events and to me that is just as rewarding as slinging a kit.

Keeping it simple.
These events can cost you next to nothing. Have some wine and a few apps out. I find the less extravagant and laid back the better. Sometimes I will literally tell people to come in their pajamas.

Whatever we make – body scrub, lip balm, room spray, etc. – I make sure that we are incorporating the starter kit oils so that they are more inclined to learn more and grab the kit. For those guests at your events who already have the kit, have all of your other YL products out so they can learn more about them and hop on ER!

Search the groups!
If you search in any of the business groups you will find so many class ideas that have been previously used. Make them your own! The resources that are provided to us by this wonderful community are insane so use them!

Create content

Love and share consistently! I really cannot stress that enough. Even if it is every other day you are posting about these oils, post away. Your followers will find it hard to trust you if you are just posting once in a blue moon or post a ton then stop. Stay consistent! For every oil post, have 5 personal posts that follow so you aren’t overloading your viewers and they are getting to know your genuine self as well.

We know that we use YL every day in every aspect of our lives but our friends on social media do not. What I do is make sure I snap a pic each time I use one of my YL products so I can have content for each day.

Keep it personal.
Use your own pictures and experiences. The more relatable you are the better. I see so many girls posting MLM products that are simply graphics and it is such a turnoff to me. In my mind I assume they don’t even use the product because they don’t even have a picture to prove it. Using personal imagery also makes it feel so much less salesy (because it isn’t salesy, its genuine). Like I am actually applying my Frank to my face right now and you bet your ass I am snapping a pic to share on my insta story. Why not?? Frank has changed the game for my skin. It’s literally RUDE not to share how amazing these are. Everyone needs oils guys.

Get a thick skin.
There are haters out there and I get it. You might’ve even been a hater at one point before you actually tried YL. Don’t let them get you down. Keep doing you, for real. Where have you ever gotten in life worrying about what others think of you? We aren’t hyping up leggings that we have never even tried on before, we are literally sharing the YL oils and products that we use and love every single day. I think of it this way, those who have time to hate on oils must be pret-ty miserable with themselves and have entirely too much time on their hands. I’m too busy building people up, I don’t have time to tear ppl down. You don’t need those people. Trust me.

Keep in touch!

Don’t just sell a kit to someone and then ghost them. Send them a welcome bag with a roller and a welcome email. Get them excited!! After all, they just spent a decent amount on a kit, they must be pretty serious about making this life change. Every single person who received the kit is overwhelmed and what happens when you are overwhelmed? You push it to the side for a rainy day (that never comes). Our job is to walk our downlines through the kit making it as simple as possible for them.

I always text them to make sure they got the kit, are in Love + Tansy and starting their journey the right way. I have a blog post that explains the starter kit in a pretty thorough way. I also send a brochure in my welcome bag that me and my talented bestie created.

Make sure your new downlines are not only in Love + Tansy but welcomed. Shout them out! Make them feel as welcomed as possible.

Don’t make it just about oils! Get to know them better. Become better friends, you have oils in common now! Also, by getting to know them you can see what oils or products could help them out. My downlines aren’t just my downlines, they are my friends. I have reconnected with so many people through oils and for that I am so, so grateful.

Prospects. WRITE THEM DOWN. For real, anyone who has ever expressed any interest in oils … write their name down. Invite them to your events. Alert them when you have a kit sale going on. Obviously don’t badger them because we in no way want to be pushy or salesy. But keep them on your radar. Comment something non oily on their posts. Just be you and be genuine.

Downline maintenance.

This is a necessity. Definitely the most tedious and time consuming, but a necessity nonetheless.

Run through your whole downline.
There are so many ways you can view your downlines too, by personally enrolled, date enrolled, etc. Explore by clicking the reports tab at the top!

Here are the things you are going to want to look out for.

☑️Who isn’t on ER, tag them in something you think they need. Shoot them a text and let them know if they need to reorder or order anything else they get everything at wholesale.

☑️Did everyone’s ER process for the month? If not, reach out to them and let them know!

☑️Make sure all your business legs hit 100 PV so that they can get paid their commission.

☑️Look to see who is making regular quick orders NOT on ER … did you know if you catch a quick order you can get it converted to ER? When you text/call them let them know “hey I noticed you just placed a quick order for 130 dollars ….did you realize if you change that order to ER you get money back in shipping??

☑️Is someone close to hitting a promo? Text them and let them know! Tell them to add on for the promo! Call them and let them know .. “did u know u can do x amount more and get free products?”

Run a kit sale!

Most of my personally enrolled downlines grabbed their kit during a kit sale. That is just what I have experienced so I make sure to run my own kit sales at least once a month.
You can run your own because you’re the business owner! That is the beauty of this business. What I do is usually offer a DIY or money back with the kit purchase and simply Venmo them upon purchase. All tax write offs!

I am currently offering the Rose Ointment back to the next three people to grab their kit from me. What I did was add 3 rose ointments to my ER for this month. It’s the same as offering $25 back except I am getting the ER points for it!

Canva is the bomb for creating beautiful templates and free so download that app and use away!

Finding your business legs

Be on the lookout for personally enrolled who love their oils and spend each month. These are the people who are going to want to join the business. I always reach out to them in the most genuine way possible letting them know that there is a business side of YL and if they are interested in learning more let me know and I can go through it with them. It isn’t weird or salesy. It’s legit my job. Why wouldn’t you want to bless someone with the same opportunity you were blessed with? Set up a 1-1 with them. People are busy so what I do is send them an email explaining to them the business side and the 100 PV monthly requirement.

Below is the email I send. Feel free to use!

Okay so here are the only requirements for you to be in the biz.
– Love and consistently share your oils (people are always watching and will reach out to you).
– Spend 100 PV monthly (you must do this every month in order to be considered “business” and rank up and earn the commission). You already so this so that should’t be a problem.
– Be willing to teach and educate your downlines. This is the easiest part because once you use oils you won’t shut up about them. Hosting wine nights, posting on your insta story, etc. So many ways to love and share. Plus you have a whole team of ladies behind you that will support you.
If you are interested, amazing. The opportunities are endless. This will be my full time career for sure. Welcome to financial freedom.

You get what you give

What you put into this business is what you are going to get out of it. If you are hoping to pay a bill or two, you will prob spend a few hours a week on your business – and that is fine!

Everyone is different and moves at different paces. If you are like me and this is your full time job, you will treat it as such and put in the hard work and determination you would at any other full time gig.

Check out the compensation plan that highlights the ranks, incomes and average hours worked. I am currently running for Gold! These numbers are real. I know it is hard to believe but they are 100% real and absolutely attainable. Even the Royal Crown Diamonds are normal people just like us – they just worked their asses off and treated something that they love as a business.

Using the PSK on Little People

So I have a 3 week old and I am over the moon. I’ve been oiling for quite some time now so I used oils throughout my pregnancy and I honestly don’t know how people do life without them. I had an easy pregnancy and an even easier delivery.

Here I am, a new mom, oiling my little mans up. So far it has been amazing. Each oil in the kit provides support for me and baby JJ. Let me tell ya how. Start by checking the dilution chart below. If I’m being honest, I barely dilute, I just make sure I use only 1 drop on the little homie.

Diffuser: Add this to the babes room and get yourself one too! I have a diffuser in every room but I’m extra.

Peace + Calming: This is JJ’s favoriteeeee calming oil. He responds to this one the most. I’ll diffuse this at night in his room and after a nightime bath I apply to his forehead. During diaper changes I’ll apply some to the bottom of his feet.

Valor: Being a new mom is scary. Valor relieves my anxiety. I diffuse this at night and apply to neck and wrists during the day. I cannot live iwthout this oil. Sometime’s I will add this to JJ’s nighttime diffuser.

Frank: This is applied to both mine and JJ’s forehead for focus and centering. Sometimes we just need a reset – most especially when baby boy is crying and it takes me forever to figure out why. Oiy.

Panaway: After birth my back was off. I hear this is common. Panaway for all of the aches and pains.

Stress Away: I mean, need a say more? Mom, bring this in the shower with you – when you can actually take one – and drop away. Rub all over your neck. This scent is unreal so I will diffuse during the day to keep baby J (and myself) from freaking out.

Lavender: Seriously what is lavender not good for? For JJ, I’ll let him sniff this when he is all out of pocket. For me, the uses are endless but that is for another post.

Raven: Sniffles and coughs? Raven baby. Dilute and apply to chest and bridge of nose for the little one should they be snotty and agitated. This oil opens you right up. I always say it’s similar to vicks vapor rub in both smell and use.

Peppermint: I’ve had post partum hormonal headaches. I am not sure if it is my hormones or lack of sleep that I got going on here but pep on the temples is immediate relief. I don’t use this on baby love.

Citrus Fresh: For JJ’s hiccups! This dude sucks down his bottle in such an urgent manner he legit gets hiccups after every feeding that keep him from falling back asleep. Letting him sniff this helps the hiccups subside.

Thieves: Immunity! During the day I will open a window and diffuse this in JJ’s room – if the weather is nice enough for the window to be open – to get the germs out. Obviously nobody wants to try and be a mom when you have a friggin head cold so I use this on myself daily. Rub on your neck and wrists every single morning to stay above the wellness line. Diffuse with other oils for an amazinggggggg fall scent.

Lemon: I add this to my water during the day to curb my cravings. Trying to get my body back to where it was before pregnancy.

Digize: When JJ is constipated I will rub this on his back. Also, after birth mom usually has a terrible time going to the bathroom. I add this to my tea and rub on my stomach to get me moving along.

Ningxia Packets: I take one of these every single day. SO MANY BENEFITS, one including a natural boost of energy. What mom doesn’t need that, am I right?

Thieves Hand Sanitizer and Spray: This is in JJ’s diaper bag so where ever we go I can make sure unwanted germs stay the F away. I favor the spray because it is so quick and easy to use on yourself and all surfaces such as shopping carts and coffee shop tables.

Thieves Cleaning packet: I use this to clean my whole house. JJ could literally lick the table and I won’t have to worry about toxins and chemicals in his mouth that he would’ve gotten from the wood cleaner, windex or bleach.

The Waiting Game

I’ve got a feeling I’m going into labor in the next few days, maybe even today, so I wanted to document the feels. So many feels.

It is still hard for me to believe that there is a child that looks like Jerry and I in my stomach right now. Like how? Currently this babe is just bumps and kicks and limbs poking at my ribs. Seriously, a miracle.

I’m 3 days late and being such a baby about it. I go back and forth. Some points of the day are all “it’s cool, I’m cool, I’ll enjoy this sleep”. For real when I wake up I’m like, okay only a few more days of this so savor it! Then I’ll have times where I’m all “is this just me now? am I pregnant forever”? I know, I know – relax. Cut me a break! It’s been 10 months! I’m a newbie here and swore I was going early. FYI: don’t ever assume that. Big mistake. YUGE mistake.

I think it’s because I have time to feel all the feels over and over and over again. Every night I go to bed and I assume I’ll wake up to painful contractions. Is it sick I’m like excited for them? LOL, Meg. Nah. When it doesn’t happen, the feeeeeels come in. Jerry’s so good about it, and for the most part I will be until my evil twin pokes her head and is like YO LET’S GO.

I’m nervous, I’m excited, I can’t wait to meet you, I hope I like you, I hope you like me. Are you going to like Jerry more than me like Joe does? Life will change forever, I’ll need to find a new routine and change spikes my anxiety, do I have anxiety right now? Oh Christ last thing I need is my anxiety right now. Is this all normal? What is taking so long? Maybe I’ll never dilate enough?

These are the thoughts that consume me on the reg. Jerry and I are so ready but are we? Loling at this brain right now. I’m sure these thoughts are normal and if not, oh well – here they are.

The truth is, I am so unbelievably grateful for this journey. I thank God every day that my body was able to do this. To make this miracle that is going to be half Jerry and half me. Life is going to change for sure but it is for the better and we are so ready for this. I am ready at least. Poor Jerry looks like he’s seen a ghost every time I joke and tell him “THIS IS IT! IT’S THE BIG ONE”!! It makes me laugh because in those moments I know he cares just as much as I do  and guys don’t always show that. He’s going to kill the dad game.

Now let’s get this show on the road, homie. I want to kiss your face.

My Oily Labor Plan

Okay, October 3rd is quickly approaching and I am putting together my “labor bag” complete with a go-pro for Jerry to wear, comfy pjs, a hat or a bow for babe, depending on what gender this kid is, and of course my oils.

Okay so I picked many a moms brains and I narrowed it down to the below.

Labor playlist
Chapstick and lavender face spray
Crappy flops for shower
Pillow and blanket
Your own towel
Snacks – mints to keep your mouth moist during labor
Shampoo, condition, lotion, etc.
Hair ties and headbands
Cotton t-shirt dress/nightgown
Sports bra for your sore boobies
Going home outfit (leggings and hoodie)
Comfy robe, socks and slippers
Extra long phone charger
Eye mask!
Wine for a victory cheers
Water bottle with lid
Bowl (for a cool cloth during labor)

Go-pro (for him to wear)
Pillows and blanket
Ipad for entertainment
Mints so their breath doesn’t stink when they’re cheering you on

Lav & Peace+Calming//

Apply a few drops on your belly to help calm you and baby down. You can diffuse Peace + Calming or apply directly to your chest. I have my oil and roller form of P+C I’ll be bringing with me.

Use this combo if you are dealing with restless leg or if you simply can’t get comfy enough to snooze.

This routine not only calms you on the way to the hospital, it can even HALT early labor.

Alsooooooooo, these are to be used on baby when the little nugget is fussy as all hell.

lav and pc

Encouraging Labor//

This million dollar bottle is a freaking miracle. Once labor begins, apply this as a perfume or simply drop into hands and inhale. The smell will keep you calm and happy. It smells like a dream.

[ I have been wearing it as a perfume all week in hopes of labor about a week early ]

Jasmine has antidepressant and antibacterial properties. It is also known to be a sexual stimulant.

Already a YL member? You can use your reward points to grab this oil. It’s a bit pricey so treat yourself. SO worth it.

Diffusing During Labor//

Okay so check with your hospital to see if you are allowed to diffuse in your room. I am delivering at Lankenau and have yet to check but you bet your ass I am bringing my Orb diffuser and hoping for the best. This little guy is small but powerful. If you don’t have it yet, add it to your ER because you are truly missing out. I currently use it in my car.

Anywho, here is your diffuser recipe to bump during labor …

(4 drops of each)
🌱 Lavender
🌱 Frankincense
🌱 Ylang Ylang
🌱 Roman Chamomile

diffuser orb.jpg

Labor Roller//

Mix the following oils with carrier oil in a roller for when labor starts. Massage into the your inner ankles, on little toes, little fingers, lower back, and abdomen. These oils will help regulate and keep you focused during the most amazing job you’ll ever have.

🌱 Helichrysum- 4 drops
🌱 Fennel – 4 drops
🌱 Peppermint – 2 drops
🌱 Ylang Ylang – 6 drops
🌱 Clary Sage – 3 drops

In my research I have found that this guy is a key player during labor. I mean I am obsessed with Frank anyway. This is my yoga oil. Centers and calms. I often drop frank into the palms of my hands and inhale deeply, then I rub it all over my face for wrinkle prevention.

So when you are going into labor, if you remember, one drop of frank around your vaginal opening. Your babe is going to come out zen AF.

I also recommend placing a drop on your newborns forehead to welcome he/she into the world.

Apply four to six drops on wrists, chests, and back (or bottom of feet). You’ll want to love on valor during transitional labor and pushing. This is no shocker to me as we all use valor to calm our nerves, anxiety and halt panic attacks.

**If you are feeling super anxious, directly inhale valor, breathing long and heavy, in and out. I don’t recommend diffusing it because it knocks my ass out at night for bed and I don’t want to feel sleepy when I’m supposed to be pushing.

Strength + Focus//

If you are pregnant – grab these now!

🌱 Brain Power: Apply two drops on neck and throat

🌱 En-R-Gee: Hate the smell of this oil so I am applying to the bottom of my feet. If you don’t mind it, apply to wrists and back of neck

🌱 Ylang Ylang: Apply to hands and feet to advance labor. Keeps your blood pressure from spiking through the roof. I friggin love this oil.

mental strength

Cool Down, Mom//

So from what I hear the pushing is going to make me cry, sweat, puke, and more and I cannot wait. LOL

I have these dry face masks from amazon I am going to use as neck and face cloths to cool me down during labor. Bring a bowl with you so your partner (give them something to do) can add cold water to it along with these masks.

This is what you want to add to your dry face masks.

(10 drops of each)
🌱 Jasmine – there it is again! Love you, Jas.
🌱 Roman Cham
🌱 Geranium
🌱 Lavender – I am using 20 drops of lav. Obsessed.

face cloth

The Afterbirth Blend//

Make yourself an afterbirth roller with the following oils and carrier oil to rub on your abdomen after birth. This will help expel placenta and tone the uterus. Who doesn’t want that?

Each of these oils are super uplifting too. You’ll feel amazing.

(10 drops each)
🌱 Geranium
🌱 Lavender
🌱 Jasmine

The Bon Voyage Kit//

This miracle bag of goods takes care of about 90% of my needs at the hospital. Check out everything it includes.

Amazing for travel too! I’ll use this no matter where I travel now. Add it right to your ER!

So I’m bringing this babe into the world right smack dab in the middle of flu season.

Thieves. Bring the oil, the spray, the antibacterial gel, the roller for you.

Don’t feel like a bitch when your aunt comes in and tries to kiss the brand new baby. Tell her to give it a little due to flu season. I’m sure she will understand!

Having the spray on hand is such an easy way to keep everyone on their toes as soon as they walk in the door.

🌱 Claraderm: I’ve been spraying on my lady parts since week 36 to prevent tearing during labor. This is also used after labor to help your lady parts recover.

🌱 Linen Spray: I want to make myself as comfortable as possible and there’s nothing that scream my bed more than lavender sheets and pillows.

🌱 Tender Tush: This is what I have been using on my stomach and bum to prevent stretch marks where my body is stretching the most. I’ve grown to love the way this deeply hydrates my skin and I now use it all over.

Good luck, Mom! YOU GOT THIS.

Trimester #3. The 72 Year Pregnancy.

third tri

It’s finally real. I promise you I thought I would be pregnant for the rest of my life. The fact that I am 32 weeks is so surreal. I’ve laughed, I’ve cried (a lot), I’m happy, I’m sad. I’m not exactly sure I can even recall what I ate for breakfast this morning tbh.

Thinking back on this journey it’s such a miracle that we even got pregnant. It isn’t an easy thing to do and the stars aligned for sure. This overwhelms me with gratitude, I truly wouldn’t change it for the world. I used to be so frustrated that I had to carry the baby for almost a year while Jerry’s life remained the same but now I actually feel bad that he doesn’t get the chance to experience these kicks and leaps happening in my stomach. I mean not to mention, it’s pretty bad ass that my body is not only is growing a human but somehow I’ll find the strength to push it out into the world. Then raise it? Who let this happen? Do I get a lifetime supply of wine after?

Now don’t get me wrong, pregnancy isn’t a cake walk and I don’t exactly enjoy all of it. If we’re being honest, I don’t enjoy most of it. It’s a wild ride. Oh and in the summer *L-O-L*. I really should’ve listened to the moms who would tell me “oh God you have a lonnnngg summer ahead of you” because it is in fact the longest summer of my life. I am not kidding you people that don’t even usually drink are drinking. Walking to the beach is a funny joke too because you really can’t breath to begin with and your body temp is already at 1000 degrees, so. People tell you SO MANY THINGS. Ah you’ll be fine! Eat your way through it! But that doesn’t really appeal to me. Idk maybe the thought of gaining 100 lbs on top of being a social recluse is scary to me? Working out is a huge release, love my Orange Theory classes. There’s highs and lows. Just gotta go with it.

At this point I have had enough. I’ve been through the first tri nausea and the second tri bliss. I have exactly 2 months left and I am trying my best to enjoy but I really just want to meet this baby. Dare I say I’m excited for labor? I know all of you moms out there are friggin cringing. “Omg enjoy this time alone, self-care, take a nap!” I’m sorry but that just isn’t me. I’m not a patient person, I self-care to the max regardless of being pregnant or not, and I don’t nap. Like ever. Fucking sucks but my body like refuses naps. If pregnancy isn’t for you, that is fine. I hear ya sista sledge. That doesn’t mean we aren’t grateful. I am beyonnnnddd grateful. Every day I thank God for this miracle. Sometimes I’ll be like holy shit how did this happen.

What I’ve learned.

For the love of God please do you. Do what makes you happy, not what makes your mom, significant other, or friends happy. If you don’t want to go somewhere, don’t. If you need a day off, call out. I think it is easy for people to chalk off pregnancy as simply carrying around a human for 10 months. Not the case. Your body is no longer yours. Your brain is at a rapid decline. Your shit scheduled isn’t even the same. Oh AND absolutely everyone in the world is going to get on your nerves at some point so just breathe. Huff some oils baby. It’s not going to work because it just is what it is I just want to prep you. Your significant other won’t get you, your mom forgets about her pregnancy so she won’t get you. Just don’t expect much because your hormones are going to win this one. They always win. You have to take care of YOU. Connect with those who get you. I promise, it’ll make you feel so much better.

Feeling a cold coming on?

Okay, I know you all think I’m this crazy witch because of my obsession with essential oils and you are absolutely right, I am.

I don’t know maybe it’s because my immune system was absolute dirt before I started using them. Dirt. I would get a sinus infection twice a year and have to go on antibiotics. The z-pack stopped working for me. It got ridiculous. Thieves has changed my life and I’d be shell fish not to share this with you. My doctor has even asked me where the hell I’ve been.

I’ll keep this short and sweet because if you’re reading this you probably feel a cold coming on and your patience is running thin.

  • 4 thieves, 3 oregano, 2 frank, 2 lemon + carrier oil of your choice.
  • These go into an empty capsule … Empty Pill Capsules
  • Freeze them and take 2 every 12 hours.

My Routine

First off, before you get to this point, use thieves every single day. Make a roller or grab the thieves pre-made one. Every single day I roll on the back of my neck and down my spine. It smells like cinnamon. Also, ditch your cleaning products because the toxins they contain are garbage for your immune system and replace with thieves cleaning supplies. They’re inexpensive, 100 percent safe for you and your family and they last forever.

  • Immu bomb capsules A$AP rocky.
  • One drop of thieves oil under the tongue morning and night.
  • Thieves tea! Thieves vitality, lav vitality then I add lemon oil, raw honey and 2 droppers of Mineral Essence.
  • Diffuse thieves all throughout the house so nobody else gets sick.
  • Load up on lavender. You need some rest and relaxation to kick whatever is creeping.

  • Super C: Take one every day but double up on it when you feel it coming on or even if you’re in the thick of it.
  • Inner Defense: 2 in the morning and 2 at night.
  • ImmuPro: Take one tablet at night! Contains melatonin and will knock you out.

Decongestant Oils/Routines

  • Raven, thieves, peppermint and eucalyptus on your chest.  Diffuse them. Hold them. Love them.
  • Melrose drops in shower and on palms (inhale).
  • Purification. Rub this on your congested areas such as you sinuses and your neck. Helps to drain out the ick!
  • Steaming hot water on a hand towel, drop all decongestant oils on there and place on your face. Let the steam open up your sinuses.

Other oils that can help with cold prevention is lemongrass, tea tree, oregano, ginger, rosemary and thyme. Make a roller out of these bad boys to use every single day.
