Kids Sleep

We alll want our kids to sleep! Sleep is everything to me so let me show you what we got for kids sleep.

Apply sleepy oils to your babes feet and spine before bedtime. We have a premade roller called sleepyize that is amazing and predilute! I’m obsessed with the roller but if you have gentle baby, lavender, valor, etc on hand drop into palms, diffuse and apply to your babes! So easy! carrier oil

Kidscents unwind packets are life! Taste like watermelon, Jerry and I take them too when we need a good night snooze. JJ is almost 3 and I give him a half packet a half hour before bed to help him wind down. Unwind contains magnesium not melatonin which is better for the developing babes brains.

Drop some oils in their bath! I love a good lavender bath but really any calming oil will do. Drop 5 drops in there and add some epson salt or himalayan sea salt which helps to naturally calm and prepare for sleep as well. I use thieves and eucalyptus when they have colds to clear them out!

Seelings baby oil is amazing to rub them down with before bed. Contains sleepy oils and is ammmazing for their skin. Dry patches and cradle cap? Got you covered with this. Baby massages are wildly good for them.

Seedlings Linen spray is amazing especially if you are traveling you can spray the pack and play so that the baby recognizes the scents and feels more comfortable to fall and stay asleep. Scent memory is wild. Spray their cribs before bed nightly!

Now you can grab all of these products individually or you can grab the little oilers bundle which is such a steal and contains so much more support for babes, not just for sleep.
