We use the kit to help balance and support our emotions. I can’t tell you how much this has changed my life. When I grabbed the kit I knew that there were endless benefits for your skin, hair and health but I had no idea how greatly this would help balance my anxiety and overall mental health.
Valor. I am starting with this oil because I will never be without this (and now my CBD calm roller). I call this oil liquid Xanax because I lean for this when I am feeling overwhelmed, mind race, and panic. The whole nine. I have a roller top on this guy so I will apply to my neck, wrists and bridge of nose. I also drop 2-3 droplets in my hand and inhale deeply about 5 times. Diffuse for a deep sleep because Lord knows how anxiety/depression take a toll on your zzz’s.
Peace + Calming. Another dream blend. My son has taken to this oil and we reach for it whenever he is overtired, overstimulated, stuck in a carseat (smh). This is usually being diffused at my house in the evening when we are winding down. I have the premade roller with me at all times.
Lavender. I’m sure you’ve heard that lavender promotes a deep sleep. This is very true but please do not just diffuse it. I literally drop it in my nighttime shower to wind down, I spray it on JJ’s sheets before he goes to bed, I spray it on my face because it hydrates my skin. All the things.
Frankincense. Skin gold but also the most grounding scent you can ever smell. I inhale and apply when I am doing yoga. It brings my mind back to earth and ceases the racing. I didn’t like the smell of this at first but have grown to be obsessed with it. Many diffuse this at night for a deep sleep but I haven’t brought myself to do that yet. I savor it for topical application. Amazing for immunity too so there you go.
Lemon, Citrus Fresh, Peppermint: All of these scents are uplifting when diffused and applied. If I am in a funk and having trouble getting out of bed in the morning (aka quarantine), I will make sure to have these in the diffuser ready to go for when I wake. Gives me an extra kick in the ass. All citrus scents are uplifting btw.
Stress Away. Does exactly what it says. See ya later stress. This smells like a vacation in a bottle and personally I only diffuse. Loveee to diffuse when we have company over to break the ice. Everyone always comments on the scent.
